SmartHead Solutions Inc. is a boutique consulting firm specializing in Microsoft Dynamics GP. We provide innovative business solutions designed to improve the productivity and performance of business units across organizations.
As a value-added reseller for Microsoft Dynamics GP, we typically assist our clients with information technology strategy, business process analysis and improvement, software selection, implementation and deployment of business software, user training and ongoing support.
In addition to providing services around implementing, deploying and supporting business software, our team provides custom development solutions to assist clients in a variety of areas including systems integrations.
Our leadership team has over 25 years of combined experience helping medium and large sized organizations streamline and improve their businesses through the use of Microsoft technologies. In addition, our team includes only senior level consultants with over 10 years of experience providing consulting and advisory services to a variety of organizations in a variety of industries including health care, light manufacturing, distribution, professional services and professional associations.
Leadership Team
Kiron Ghosh, CPA, CGA
Prior to establishing SmartHead Solutions Inc, Kiron was an independent consultant providing consulting and advisory services around Microsoft Dynamics GP in the Greater Toronto Area, and also worked on projects in Bermuda. In his roles previous to that, Kiron was a Controller / IT Manager for a restaurant chain in Toronto. His role included integrating the Food Service and POS systems with Great Plains (Microsoft Dynamics GP’s predecessor) as well as automating and integrating the time entry system, as well as overseeing the accounting department and providing financial reporting and analysis to the senior management. He also has experience working as a member of the audit and receiver and insolvency teams for a medium-sized Chartered Accounting firm.
Kiron has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Brock University and was admitted to the Certified General Accountants Association in 2003 and is a Microsoft Certified IT Professional – Applications for Dynamics GP.
Craig Young
Craig is a dynamic and driven Project Manager and Senior Technical Consultant with a reputation for nurturing relationship through diligence along with a tenacious work ethic that drives the successful execution of objectives. He is a successful individual with an untarnished record of client satisfaction related to delivering solutions on time and within budget. Craig is technically sound and able to lead by example within a team while maintaining the focus of the tasks at hand. Active and very seasoned in the Dynamics GP Channel, Craig is a certified SQL Server and Dynamics GP Consultant with 14yrs of experience, with the primary focus managing technical environments.

Craig Young and what has grown to be the SmartHead Solutions Team has been with them since their original Great Plains Dynamics 5.0 installation.
